Experience
Lead 0-to-1 design of Mobile Engagement Manager, a no-code platform that lets brands configure and update their apps over the air, cutting new brand onboarding and release time from 12 to 18 weeks to 6 weeks.
Designed the core platform capabilities, making 90% of app screens configurable and roughly 80% of each screen’s content adjustable without engineering support.
Prototype features with AI tools such as Figma Make and Claude so stakeholders and pilot customers can evaluate ideas early.
Stayed hands-on as design lead on the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ redesign through its October 2023 launch, redesigning payment and onboarding flows that drove 40% of users to add an active payment method and helped re-engage 375K legacy users.
Translated complex payments and fleet-control requirements into reusable design-system patterns across 8 white-label brand deployments.
Led 8 product designers through weekly design reviews and 1:1 mentorship.
Owned end-to-end design for white-label mobile wallets, EV charging, and fleet apps across iOS and Android, covering payments, onboarding, account management, and loyalty.
Led the design for Shell’s Global Exhibition Program, including wayfinding, signage, and experiential graphics.
